30 days in

So it has been a little over 30 days now since I started my new workout. I will not lie but the visible differences don't seem very big, however I am not following the diet plan. I mostly feel it in my performance at karate. I find that I can control myself in my basic techniques a lot easier than before. I also noticed that I am slightly bigger in my 30 day photo's than I am in my day 1 photo's... It might just be me!

But I will not say anymore. I will however show you the 30 day results!
